Josh Rouse - Dressed Up Like Nebraska
2002 Debut album from Josh Rouse. More upbeat than the later stuff, but still has the great melancholic sound of Rouse. Nice instrumentation too with acoustic guitars, cello, violin and some trumpet, and obviously a great voice!
