Talkdemonic - Beat Romantic (2006)
Duo from Portland, OR. Playing a nice instrumental combination of classical instruments, such as the viola, hurdy gurdy, wurlitzer and the banjo, with electronic beats and keyboards. Without mentioning the excellent drumming throughout. Totally unique, hybrid-genre sounds, who self-classify their genre as "Folktronic Hop"!! Everyone should have a listen, it shouldn't disappoint.

just wanted to let you know i'm a big fan of the site. besides the music, i really enjoy your reviews. it's the album in a nutshell, and gives me an idea if it is something i would enjoy or not. take it easy and keep up the good work.
