Hotel Lights - Hotel Lights (2006)

I know i say this alot, but i'm so impressed with a lot of the music latley, and this album is amazing! Hotel Lights, from North Carolina, are fronted by former Ben Folds Five drummer Darren Jesse, where now he is the singer/songwriter. The music is richly layered with melodious keyboards, crisp acoustic guitars, soft pianos and a generally laid-back feel. The singing is happy, sad and very listenable at the same time. Listen to this album, a great find, the songs will stick for days!
